Skiving machines are adjustable as to how deep they cut and at what angle is the cut. the distance of the bevel from the edge of the leather to the inside is also adjustable. Bell Knife Skivers include a clutch type self sharpening device and have an internal transmission to vary the cutting and feeding speeds.Most of the replaceable spare parts like knives, feed rollers and sharpening stones are interchangeable with several European and Japanese mad machines.

NP- 4 H
STANDARD LEATHER SKIVING AND BEVELING MACHINE WITH SHARPENER. For Skiving the edges of leather in order to fold or piece leather together. For Horn Wraps, Saddle Work, Boots, Shoes, Apparel, Bags, etc.

The standard NP- 4 has a bottom feeder only and with multi-passes will bevel any edge. Includes a Built-in Bell Knife Sharpener and Speed Control System.

AK- 20
MULTI-KNIFE ROLLER FEED STRAP, BELT, AND STRIP CUTTING MACHINE. Capable of cutting up to 13 adjustable widths of leather, rubber, paper cardboard, or other materials.  The machine cuts any length up to 3/8" thick with a 14" wide cutting capacity.

Machine comes with:
20 - 18mm spacers
1 - 10mm spacer
10 - 4mm spacers
10 - 3mm spacers
10 - 2mm spacers
8 - knives (80mm dia. x 40mm hole x 1mm width) and other accessories.

BKS - 420 BAND KNIFE SPLITTER

BKS-420 is a 16" Automatic Band Knife Splitter with Dust Collector.

TORO 1020

This is a new 20" wide leather splitting machine. The knife blade is stationary and the leather feeds over the very sharp knife blades to uniformly split your skins or to even out any high spots. Several adjustments are possible. The machine feeds very slowly and is fairly accurate. This Artisan Splitter is designed for the leather smith in a small shop. This model is not designed for high production but, is for the saddle maker, harness maker or leather crafter who needs an affordable simple wide splitter.

100 - B and 200 - 2 B CLICKER

100- B CLICKER 10 Ton Hydraulic Die Cutting Machine used to cut small parts out of Leather, Vinyl, Rubber, Paper, Plastic, Wood Paneling, Canvas, Light Metals and many additional types of materials. A custom "Die" is place over the leather or material, the swinging cutter arm is placed over the die, then the two handle switches are depressed and the arm punches the die through the leather or other material to cut out a perfect pattern every time.

200- 2 B CLICKER 20 Ton Hydraulic Die Cutting Machine. The swing are is designed to pivot over the cutting bed and is 15" by 20". Some features of the machine are the safety, power on and starting switches, adjustable stroke height controls, adjustable time delay settings for the cutting head and a digital voltage monitor. New machines are shipped including the necessary 12.5 gallons of hydraulic oil.

Custom made Dies are ordered separately and are not included. Several sizes of optional cutting boards are available.
