TORO-3000, and 4000 series machines are Compound Needle Feed, Walking Foot Cylinder Bed Lockstitch Sewing Machines. The stitchers are designed to sew medium-heavy to extra heavy weight products with an adjustable stitch length regulator, oscillating shuttle, and a reverse feed mechanism.

All of the models use the same #794 needles, bobbins and replaceable spare parts. The heavy stitchers are designed to sew from a very short stitch length, up to 2 stitches per inch or about 12mm long.

Most of these machines are for stitching on medium-heavy to extra heavy leathers such as saddles, harness, heavy and light tack, chaps, chinks, cases and bags. Manufactures are currently using these models for sewing a decorative stitch on highly decorative fashion denim Jeans.

Others are utilizing the TORO series for stitching specialty filters, anti-mine apparel, flack jackets, small arms protection vests and blankets. Some use the TORO-4000 series for producing high temperature blankets to keep industrial machinery warm in extreme climates.

models TORO 4000 LA-25 TORO 4000 LA-37, TORO 4011 LA-37 series machines are Heavy Duty Long Arm Cylinder Bed Lockstitch Sewing Machines. The stitchers are designed to sew heavy weight products with an adjustable length stitch regulator, oscillating shuttle, and a reverse feed mechanism. TORO 4011 LA-37
The TORO-4011 LA-37 is another HEAVY DUTY 37" Long Arm Cylinder-Bed machine, but it sews "UP-THE-ARM". The machine sews from the end of the cylinder towards the hand wheel. Most machines sew from front to rear of the machine away from the operator. The TORO 4011 LA-37 with its 37" cylinder arm is designed to stitch left to right from the end of the cylinder towards the hand-wheel. In reverse the machine sews off-the-arm. The TORO-4011 LA-37 is a Drop Feed Long Arm Lockstitch Machine. It is not a walking foot system.

Will sew up to 5/8" of material for items such as golf bags, luggage, bags, tents, sails, parachutes, umbrellas and other products where transverse (sideways) stitching is necessary. SPECIAL ORDER.

TORO 4500

TORO 4500 Extra Heavy Duty Compound Needle Feed Walking Foot, Drop Feed Flatbed Leather Stitching Machine with Reverse. The TORO 4500 Designed for the serious saddle maker or craftsperson. Built for stitching all types of tack such as; Saddle Skirting, Bridles, Breast Collars, Harness, Gun belts, Saddle Bags, Heavy Nylon Belting, Slings, Webbing, Bio-Plastics, Luggage, Cases, Canvas, and any leather or similar product up to a full 7/8 inch thickness. The TORO 4500 reverse leaver allows back tacking to lock in your beginning and or ending stitches.

The TORO 4500 machines are installed on the Extra Heavy Duty motor drive unit including lockable caster wheels. For your comfort the table top height is fully adjustable. The drive unit include the heavy duty table top, SR-2 two speed ball bearing speed reduce controller and our ESM-400 Electronic D.C. Servo Motor. The TORO 4500 system allows stitchers the ability to sew just one stitch at a time, stitch by stitch, or sew at a safe controllable sewing speed of up to about 160 spm. Higher speeds up to about 680 spm or more is accomplished using the second larger pulley on the SR-2 speed controller and the high speed switch of the Servo Motor.

The TORO 4500 leather stitchers are a quality Flat Bed walking foot compound needle feed lockstitcher with a large barrel shuttle and will sew from size #99 bonded thread up the the heaviest #6 cord threads size #415.

For the best stitching performance, we recommend using only quality Schmetz brand #794 S or D needles and quality "Premium Performance" leather stitching threads from Linhanyl.

The quality TORO 4600 & 4700 series flat bed sewing machines are designed to stitch from medium heavy to extremely heavy fabrics and leathers. The machines are built for stitching all types and weights of Webbing, Canvas, Bio-Plastics, Leather and coated fabrics for such products as slings, straps, belting, tie down anchor ropes, tents, awnings, filters, cases, tarpaulins and luggage.

The TORO 4600 & 4700 models are normally installed on a heavy duty motor drive unit which includes lockable caster wheels, our heavy duty plywood core table top, adjustable heavy duty double "T" style legs, halogen lamp, SR-2 speed controller, ESM-400-2 D.C. electronic servo motor and accessories.

TORO 1320 is another Very Heavy Duty Long Arm Flat Bed Alternating Feed Walking Foot Stitching Machine with a Fully Rotating Hook and Reverse Feed.

The TORO 1320 is a high production machine designed to sew heavy textiles at moderately higher speeds. One would use the TORO 1320 to sew products up to 5/8" and up to 1200 spm such as Webbing, Belting, Harness, Tarpaulins, Canvas, and just about any Heavy Textile product can be sewn with a TORO 1320. The working area is 17" from the needle to the vertical arm and the machine sews up to size 415 threads.

The TORO 1320 is similar to a Singer 132 K 6 and uses a rotating hook and bobbin.

TORO 7334

TORO 7334 model is an Extremely Heavy Duty Flat Bed Alternating Feed Walking Foot Stitching Machine with Reverse.

The TORO 7334 is designed to sew heavy to extremely heavy textiles such as Webbing, Belting, Harness, Tarpaulins, Buffing Wheels, Canvas, and Heavy Textiles up to 1 1/4" thick and up to size 554 threads.

The TORO 7334 is similar to a Singer 7 class with the extra large bobbin and shuttle hook. Most of the spare parts are interchangeable with a 7-33 Singer and a Consew 733-5. The TORO 7334 has a working area of 16 1/2".
